1.1 Joining the Affiliate program: Applicants must complete the information, verify their email, and wait for staff approval. Email verification alone does not make an account Active. 1.2 Using Affiliate links: The system uses first-touch attribution and keeps the referral right for 180 days. A later link does not replace an active referral. 1.3 Commission calculation: Commission uses 15% of eligible net tuition after discounts for fully paid orders, excluding books, fees, delivery, tax, and refunded tuition. 1.4 Withdrawals: Commission is held for review for 0 days before becoming available. The minimum withdrawal is 10.00 baht through PromptPay or a Thai bank account. Requests must be approved before transfer.
4.1 Policy changes: Changes to rates, holding periods, attribution duration, minimum withdrawals, or approval rules require review and a change record; new rates apply only to new orders. 4.2 Program cancellation: Partners will be notified through an appropriate channel with the effective date and balance-handling method. 4.3 Refunds and negative balances: Tuition refunds may reverse commission. New commission offsets a negative available balance, and withdrawals remain paused until the balance is positive and meets the minimum.
